Error description

  • During testing if an application server in the replication
domain is brought down the proxy sends to another server and
it says it can not find the application session.  When turning
on tracing we see "... loadDataFromSipXml Application xyz is not
distrubted although the container is set to replication enabled
mode"

The "distributed" attribute was not parsed correctly from
sip.xml

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Now, SipContainer always initiates SipModule which is
responsible to parse the sip.xml correctly and read all the
related attributes from it.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 1.0.0.13. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
