APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• (1959) User-tailored report (UTR) layouts from previous OMPE
  versions are loaded incorrectly into the ISPF UTR dialog of the
  current version OMPE 510 and cannot be modified/saved within the
  dialog. This is indicated by wrong block labels in the UTR BLOCK
  SELECTION panel.
  

Local fix

• Load and modify the old UTR layout in the previous ISPF UTR
  interface if available
