   Users of Rational RequisitePro client for Windows (Rational
  RequisitePro) trying to match manually attributes when
  importing requirements from a CSV files.

   PROBLEM DESCRIPTION :
  When Rational RequisitePro is verifying user permission for
  attributes to be displayed on the Match Attributes windows
  it may fail when user is not an administrator.
  

Problem conclusion

   Rational RequisitePro code was updated to? handle correctly
  errors when verifying user permission.The fix for this APAR
  was included in RequisitePro version 7.1.2.7 and 7.1.3.3.
