Error description
When using a .dms script to convert to Quantum or Triple S, the output CSV file generated by WriteToCommaSeparatedFile is wrong in some cases where a previous csv file is read in the script using ReadFromCommaSeparatedFile. This does not affect the data, as the data is still recorded correctly and read correctly because the "DataFormat with Value" column will be used for processing the true location of the category response. However, it does make it confusing to users who look at the output CSV file.
