Error description

• Environment:
  - Microsoft Windows XP SP3 / Windows 7
      - IBM Rational Software Architect 7.5.5.5 or 8.0.4

  Description of problem:
  If you have a URL displayed in a diagram that points to a
  html/htm file, the time to load the diagram increases
  dramatically.
  
  Steps to reproduce
  
  1. Create a UML Project using all the default
  2. In the created model, open a diagram
  3. Add a URL (right click add UML-? URL
  4. Type or copy the URL :

  sa_mod19.html
  5. In the display name field type 'Test'.
  6. Close the diagram
  7. Save the model
  8. Open the diagram again it will take a much longer time to
  open... up to more than one minute

Problem conclusion

• The edit part for comments loads all the information in a
  URL, and tries to identify if it represents any known image
  format. Instead of this, it would now check the content type
  of the URL to do the same.
