PM61150: WEBSPHERE MQ V701 CSQJ104E APPEARS DURING QMGR SHUTDOWN

Error description

• Error Description￘
  The error message CSQJ104E occurs during queue manager shutdown
  for trying to locate an old log A0000001 that is already
  removed. The only recoverable structure CSQSYSAPPL is backed up
  every hour; the last backup completed at RBA=000FBFE63EA4, then
  QUIESCE stop qmgr and CSQJ104E appeared, then "CSQI024I CSQ1
  CSQIDUSE Restart RBA for system as
  configured=000000000000"
  .
  The problem occurs when a DISPLAY USAGE TYPE(DATASET|ALL) is
  issued during shutdown and there have been no checkpoints
  following a BACKUP CFSTRUCT command (also need the queue-manager
  to de-register from RRS before the DISPLAY USAGE command is
  processed).
  During shutdown of the queue manager, you may see
    CSQM053E Shared channel recovery terminated, DB2 not
    available.
  Because the queue manager is shutting down, the queue manager
  will deregister from RRS and you may see
    ATR169I RRS HAS UNSET EXITS FOR RESOURCE MANAGER
    CSQ.RRSATF.IBM.qmgr-name  REASON: UNREGISTERED MESSAGE.
  This is appropriate but due to the queue manager being no longer
  registered with RRS it can not access DB2 and can not read
  another queue manager's shared channel status entries using DB2.

  The message CSQJ104E CSQJR206 RECEIVED ERROR STATUS
  00000008 FROM LOCATE FOR DSNAME=archive log dataset
  is seen during qmgr shutdown.
  The archive log in question has been deleted and there has
  been a BACKUP CFSTRUCT since then. The problem occurs after the
  DISPLAY USAGE TYPE(ALL) command and when the qmgr has
  unset its RRS exits.
  If the message CSQJ104E is not seen you will still get an
  invalid LRSN and 'dataset not found' in the CSQI070I message
  which reports on data set usage.
