Local fix
CCL leak triggered by restarting application. Preventing application restart may bypass the problem.

Problem conclusion
Code was updated so that when the application is restarted, stale references to the classloader for the previous instance of the application are removed. APAR PM60815 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.25 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
