PM60605: [Content] Brief Description appears 2 times in Domain Governance

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• duplicate in domain 'Governance' as one contributes to the other
  one and have both a Brief Description, this come since duplicate
  in the published site.
  
  using the Standard-RUP configuration
  
  Same is in the Standard RUP practice based released with RMC
  7.5.1.2
  
  the relation between these 3 elements for the practice library:
  1.project_governance_domain
  2.governance_domain
  3.governance_domain.assign
  
  The text in the 'Brief description' filed is in duplicate in
  elements 2 or 3 as in my customized library
  
  I think is is a defect just because it does not bring new
  information
