PM60482: EXCEL EXPORT WITH FAST TABLES: LOCATION STARTCELL OPTION IS IGNORED

Error description

• You work with IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0.0.1 and create some fast
  rendered pivot tables. You export these tables to an Excel
  workbook. On Export to Excel dialog you select to export all
  visible objects and as export option you select "Starting in a
  specific cell" for location in worksheet and enter a starting
  cell e.g.C3.
  This would mean that all exported objects should be placed on
  column C in the Excel workbook starting on C3.
  However, on the exported Excel file you see that this worked for
  the syntax logs but all exported fast rendered pivot tables are
  exported to location in column A.
  
  this was repoted to IBM SPSS Development. As a workaround please
  create full rendered legacy tables and export to Excel using a
  startcell location. This will work as expected.
