Local fix

Problem summary

  • Problem is caused due to ASCII to EBCDIC conversions not handled
    for native calls in some scenarios.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    7.0.0  (z/OS 31-bit)
    7.0.0  (z/OS 64-bit)
    .
    CL code has been updated to address the encoding appropriately
    for the system call.
