  some cases getting an ABENDS0C4 in loadmodule FPECMAIN csect
  DGOSDLTF offset +D96.  Module is at PM49684 (UK75097) level.
  
  DSNDQBST and DSNDQBGL IFCID 2 data sections can be processed
  incorrectly in DGOSDLTD when iseq gap encountered.
