Error description

  • When using FM option 3.4, and a VSAM dataset name is specified,
with an entry type of 1. Any, receive panel 'Path Define' (panel
FMNPSCP1) when DEF is entered on the command line to define
catalog entry.  In previous versions of FM, was taken to 'VSAM
Define' (panelid FMNPSCKD).

Problem conclusion


    

  • When the DEFINE command is issued on the command line of the
Catalog Services entry panel the correct data set defintion
panel will be displayed.
