Local fix
Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM WebSphere Application * * Server CEA feature pack * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Timer cancellation on a non-valid * * session causes a memory leak in * * Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) * * code. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** When the timer is canceled and the application session is not valid, we need to remove the timer from the session repository map directly. Otherwise it is still unremoved and that causes a memory leak.
Problem conclusion
The code has been fixed to remove the timer object from the session repository map when the application session on which the timer was invoked is not valid.
