  * RECOMMENDATION:  Customers at WVE release 7.0.0.0 will       *
  *                  need to upgrade to WVE 7.0.0.1 or 7.0.0.2   *
  *                  before applying the iFix                    *

  After period of inactivity, an initial burst of requests may
  be delayed through the On Demand Router. These delays normally
  are not noticable after a few seconds but may recur
  after subsequent periods of inactivity followed by another
  burst of requests.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed by modifying the Autonomic Request
  Flow Manager code in the On Demand Router
