PM58300: ABENDASOD WHEN CWXN IS RUNNING

Error description

• Customer is experiencing abendASOD issue when CWXN is running.
  The trace shows the following when CICS is doing

Local fix

Problem summary

  CWXN is run. When sending a request, the TCPIP connection is
  dropped during DFHSOIS INQUIRE. An exception trace
  tid_sous_get_socketname_failure is issued. However CICS carries
  on and calls DFHXMAT ATTACH which also calls DFHSOIS INQUIRE.
  DFHSOIS INQUIRE fails the same way and this time it causes CWXN
  to abend ASOD.
