Error description

• Since upgrade from 7.6.2 to 8.0.3, customer cannot browse SCLM
  members

  No error in SCLM operation log but noticed message:
  
  User Exit invocation successful
  Client retrieves member directly - bypass copy to HFS EDIT
  
  No error in rsecomm.log but it seems RDz requests the file on

Problem conclusion

• Client side fix at driver level rdz8032 (APAR PM54809)
  may require this corequisite host fix if they are using the
  older DBUTIL populate services. This fix will retrieve accurate
  real data set information for browse and edit.
