PM58039: Comment specified in ImplementationHeader/SpecificationHeader gets generated repeatedly

  The property ImplementationHeader/SpecificationHeader is defined
  in the project. The generated files show comments from previous
  versions which should not be generated again and again. Each
  time you make a FrocedRoundrip and on ReGenerate have another
  set of the following comment:

  line 3
  */
  
  The file seems to be stored in the sbs file.
  
  If the comment or text is places inside the comment box for the
  property, the generation is not repeated and not seen in the
  .sbs file.
  Example :

   Component : DefaultComponent
   Configuration  : DefaultConfig

  However if the same is placed outside, as seen in the model, the
  generation of the comment is repeated. Also, the section/test is
  seen in the .sbs file.

Problem conclusion

• This happens when the value of these properties consists of
  two separate comments with a new line between them. To avoid
  this problem, use a single comment block or two blocks
  without a new line between them.
