  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This PTF fixes the following problems:  *

  *                      1. Prevent 0C3 on too many updates      *
  *                         outstanding in the Checkpoint        *
  *                         dataset.                             *
  *                      2. 0C4 loading large sample file.       *
  *                      3. Fix Dynamic rules for Explain.       *
  *                      4. Reduce initial dataspace size for    *
  *                         reporting.                           *
  *                      5. Display DB2 V10 version identifi-    *
  *                         cation correctly in reports.         *
  *                      6. Incorrect queue manager name         *
  *                         reported for MQ.                     *
  *                      7. Show remote SQL text.                *
  *                         SQL statements to be opened.         *
  *                      8. Allow sample file to be opened on    *
  *                         SQL limit exceeded.                  *
  *                      9. Correct action on DuplicateDSN parm. *
  *                      10. 0D3 abends sampling HFS files.      *
  *                      11. 0C4 sampling DDF in DB2 V9 running  *
  *                         in conversion mode.                  *
