Error description

• When editing a MQ queue, with 'Include descriptors' selected, a
  corrupt line remains after copying/deleting lines.

  *                      updating or adding queue entries, then  *
  *                      saving, the queue entry contains        *
  *                      incorrect data.                         *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  The queue put routine was referencing an incorrect internal
  pointer resulting in the data portion of the queue entry to
  begin with a copy of the message queue descriptor data.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager has been corrected in order to correctly reference
  the data portion of the queue entry being put to the edited
  queue.
