Error description

Current IBM HTTP Server diagnostics are not useful in
determining what modules are causing slowdowns when most
requests are responding normally.  Primarily, mod_mpmstats
does not summarize long-running threads only and response time
logging mechanisms cannot track individual phases or modules

*                  enhancement if lower-level detail about     *
*                  slow                                        *
*                  requests or modules is desired during       *
*                  problem determination.                      *

Additional reporting capabilities were added to mod_mpmstats
and the core of IBM HTTP Server that identify:
1) mpm_stats reporting for busy modules in the subset of
threads that are long-running.
2) Report names/times of modules that take longer than a
specified threshold in an individual phase of
apache processing
3) Optional access_log logging of individual phase or module
processing time.

Problem conclusion

mod_mpmstats has been enhanced with additional reporting
capabilities
to help discover the source of delays in request processing

This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
 - 7.0.0.23
 - 8.0.0.4
