Error description

  • In 5.5 the user has trouble viewing the workflow applet
    when the JRE 1.6.X is installed.
    
    
    WORKAROUND:
    1. Un-install the newer JRE.
    2. Restart the PC.
    3. Go into :7005/openpages
    4. Try to view the job type.
    5. The system should prompt you to download the correct JRE for
    OpenPages.

Problem summary

  • This issue is resolved in OpenPages 6.0 and later as workflow no
    longer uses the applet. Please upgrade to remedy this situation.
