Error description

  • MQ SSL channel goes into retry state after a restart.

It's a problem with the order of setting the position vs the
limit on a buffer. When the TCPChannel JSK code set the position
before the limit it ran into the scenario where it could set the
    position beyond the current limit.

The TCPChannel JDK code will be fixed.

The TCP Channel was attempting to set a position that was
beyond the limit of a buffer. When this happens an
    IllegalArgumentException is thrown.

Problem conclusion

  • TCP Channel code was modified to set the limit before the
    position.
