PM56751: C-Build Console blanks out when performing a build

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• We see that sometimes while building a C++ RT TC and selecting
  the C-
  Build console window for that TC, that the TC becomes blank.
  The build
  still progresses, and warnings/errors populate the Problems
  view, but
  nothing is shown on the console screen.  This occurs whether or
  not you
  pin that C-Build console.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• 1. Console windows are associated with generated CDT projects.
  You should select generated CDT project for which you would like
  to see C-Build console.  Also, make sure you selected are proper
  console in the console view page. The page has menu 'Display
  selected console' which contains list of available consoles.2.
  If 'Build Automatically' option is turned off, then building of
  the project via 'Build Active TC' command will create one
  C-Build console for CDT project which is related to top TC.
  

Problem conclusion

• Unable to reproduce this problem.
