PM56515: ABEND S0C4 WHEN RUNNING RECTRACE REPORT AGAINST IFCID191

Error description

• In V420 and V510, when running a RECTRACE report against
  IFCID191 an ABEND S0C4 occurs. This AB/S0C4 is caused by
  QW01916L=0002FE11 that exceeds full DPM0 record length.
  

Local fix

• ADD EXCLUDE(IFCID(191)) into SYSIN under GLOBAL
