PM56473: The UnreachableDomain exception is thrown when you use security and multimaster replication.

Error description

• In a multimaster replication configuration the establishlink
  command might fail when security is enabled.  You might see an
  UnreachableDomainException exception that is caused by the
  following error:
  org.omg.CORBA.NO_PERMISSION: Validation of LTPA token failed
  due to invalid keys or token type exception.

  When establishing a link between two WebSphere eXtreme Scale
  domains in a multimaster topology, it was possible for a
  CORBA.NO_PERMISSION error to be raised because the client
  credential information was not always passed.
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix ensures that the credential information is always
  passed.
