PM56032: IF CATEGORY POSITION IS ROWLABELS IN COLUMNS ORIGINAL CATEGORIES ARE NOT HIDDEN FOR TOTAL COLUMN

Error description

• You work with IBM SPSS Statistics 20 and created a custom table.
  For the row variable you create a new category with 'Add
  category' option and activate 'Hide categories used in
  expression from table'. For the column variable you select to
  have a total column displayed on the table. Additionally for the
  row variable you select for category position: 'Row labels in
  columns' .
  However, on the resulting table you notice that the original
  categories are not hidden on the 'Totals' column, but thzey are
  hidden on the other columns.
  Example syntax used for Employee data.sav:
  CTABLES
    /VLABELS VARIABLES=educ minority DISPLAY=LABEL
    /PCOMPUTE &cat1 = EXPR([8] + [12])
    /PPROPERTIES &cat1 LABEL = "<= 12" FORMAT=COUNT F40.0

  TOTAL=YES POSITION=BEFORE
      MISSING=EXCLUDE.
