Error description

• A NullPointerException is reported when a user ID with no
  password expiry date is used on an ESI request over IPIC.
  
  The following message is written to the Gateway daemon log:
  CTG6670E Exception occurred in the Gateway daemon:
  [java.lang.NullPointerException]
  
  The password expiry date returned to a Java Client application
  is set to 31st December 0002 00:00:00.
