Error description

There is an issue in the Expression Language (EL) code when an
attempt is made to write to a read only property.  It will
throw a JspPropertyNotFoundException instead of a
JspPropertyNotWritableException.

The EL code will throw a JspPropertyNotFoundException while
trying to set a value of a read only property. The correct
exception that should be thrown is a
JspPropertyNotWritableException.

Problem conclusion

The EL code was modified to throw the correct exception.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.25 and 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the
