Error description

• In case of Incoming Invite on the Originator Application Server
  is being Canceled by wrong formated CANCEL (new Via branch),
  right after receiving 100 Trying , the CANCEL isn't recognized
  with the INVITE it being Cancelling and Rejected with 2
  sequenced 481  "481 Call/Transaction Does Not Exist; no matching
  transaction found" and "481 Call/Transaction Does Not Exist"

Problem conclusion

• The wrong Cancel SIP message is now handled by the SIP
  container once, and 481 response is sent only once.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
