PM54918: SA Options and Reposition Flag preferences are not documented

Error description

• System Architect's Tools-Preferences menu has undocumented
  entries: Options and Reposition Flag.

  Two options in the Preferences dialog: Options and
  Reposition Flag are not documented.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Options option, which is now actually "Graphic Screen
  Options" is hidden by default, and only seen when Graphic
  Screen diagrams are enabled. This is no longer a supported
  feature of System Architect, but can be enabled via an INI
  setting. Therefore, this will not be documented.
  
  The Reposition Flag option is used with Structure Chart
  diagrams. This causes the flag to move in sync with its call
  line. Similar behavior on  "State Transition Ward ? Mellor"
  diagrams, for Condition and Action symbols.
  
  As these diagrams are rarely used, it was decided not to
  document these Preferences Options.
