Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. SDF II abended when COPY of object   *
  *                         fails.                               *
  *                      2. If copy of object with related       *
  *                         option fails then "*Copied"          *
  *                         displayed.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  1. When  COPY of object failed, SDF II abended on exit.  The
     value of pointer to internal SDF II structure had null value.
     Depending on the value in low storage, SDF II may abend.
  2. If copy of object with related option fails then "*Copied"
     displayed on return from DGIOE50 COPY MESSAGES panel.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. SDF II now validates the value of pointer before using the
     contents of the internal SDF II structure.
  2. If copy of object with related option fails then on return
     to the DGIOE50 COPY MESSAGES panel, operands field in the
     DGIOE10 LIST OBJECTS panel is retained and highlighted.
