Error description
In the attached file there is a code that generates an execution error: error_message: ERROR VAL0034: Value 'omit' is not appropriated because of template restrictions. The project simulates the ETSI code. In the same project there is a workaround used in customer's product, it is the same template but avoiding template restriction template (present) (cr_CP_UserData_RP_ACK_ul_Ok). The used version is IBM Rational Systems Tester 3.3.0.5
