• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A DataHandlerException may be seen when the SMO body contains
  parts that are type 'anyType' when running in Lazy Parsing Mode.
  The problem normally arises after an XSLT transform has occurred
  in the mediation flow.

  declarations on some elements were being lost, which resulted
  in an invalid output document.
  

Problem conclusion

• The namespace declarations are now properly propagated during
  all operations.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack XML 1.0.0.13.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
