Error description

• In ClearQuest Web 8, when running a dynamic query, the text 'The
  current field is set to:' pertaining to the filter field
  selection, is not contained within the box as it should.
  
  When selecting multiple values the blue text can overlap the
  controls below the box and/or the scrollbars, making them
  inaccessible.
  
  Environment:
  IE8
  
  Also:
  German IE 8 shows the box title overlapping the operator type
  because the German text takes two lines:
    Das aktuelle Feld ist wie folgt
    konfiguriert
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Use the DefectTracking SAMPLE user database.
  2) Create 30 or more Project records.
  3) Create a query on the Defect record type.
  4) Select Dynamic filter: on the Project field.
  5) Click Run query: Select values: Add All.
  
  Result:
  The filter definition is not formatted correctly. If many values
  with no spaces are included they don't wrap and the line becomes
  endless in length.
