Error description

• RTC on z/os 3.0.1 dependency build using Ant with Enterprise
  Extensions times out at the compile stage when loading the
  buildable files.
  The buildableFiles.xml appears to repeat entries causing the
  build to take longer than the time allotted to complete and so
  the build result times out and is a failure.
  For this scenario, the build takes 3 or more hours but only 3000
  COBOL files should be involved.
  The buildableFiles.xml ends up being 30,000 KB.
  The errors in the build log show:
