Error description

• If a profile gets created using manageprofiles with the
  -isDeveloperServer option it causes an invalid
  genericJVMArgument in the server.xml which causes server to
  fail to start up with the following exceptions.

Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Profile creation in HP_UX was giving    *
  *                      an exception when the                   *
  *                      -isDeveloperServer option was given.    *
  ****************************************************************

  The ApplyPerfTuning.py which is basically run during the
  profile creation with -isDeveloperServer option has a typo for
  an HP_UX JVM argument. This was throwing the exception while
  creating a new profile.
  

Problem conclusion

• The file has been rectified for the JVM_ARGUMENT of HP_UX.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
