RESTORE SYSTEM UTILITY fails with the following unexpectedly: DSNU1637I 321 22:17:37.69 DSNUVBRD - RESTORE SYSTEM UTILITY FAILED BECAUSE NO FLASHCOPY IS AVAILABLE This is unexpected since Flashcopy was available. In this case the SLB (System Level Backup) chosen was a space efficient FlashCopy (SEFC).

There was a space efficient flashcopy, but the RESTORE SYSTEM utility made a determination that it was not a valid copy because HSM sets a different flag for SEFCs to specify that the copy is good.
Problem conclusion
RESTORE SYSTEM was changed to check the correct flag.
