  An unexpected ABEND0C4 occurs at location DSNXISUB+2856 due to
  uninitialized storage on an INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE or utility
  that causes an index on expression (IOE) to be regenerated.
  IOEs created in DB2 10 for z/OS have a different internal
  structure than those created in DB2 9 for z/OS, and subsequently
  may be regenerated in the fallback or coexistence case.
