• When the feature pack application is installed, the
  master configuration is saved before the user has the ability
  to confirm the changes.

  When the Feature Pack for CEA application is installed,
  changes to the configuration are saved to the master
  repository before the user confirms the changes.
  

Problem conclusion

• After the application is installed, we do not save the
  configuration to the master repository.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.13. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
