  The ABEND S0C4 PIC11 occurs in LMOD FPEVDB2I CSECT FPEVDB2I
  nearby the offset X'4DC0' for OMPE V510.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The code of PE Server Subtask has been modified to address
  ABEND S0C4-11 in module FPEVDB2I and to provide additional
  diagnostics (via SDUMP macro) in case further ABENDs occur.
  If PE Server subtask produces an SVC dump with title
  "CloneRequest failed - n", the dump along with complete JES
  outputs should be sent to IBM support.
