Error description

• GSU_CQXE_SubmitRecord will not copy data beyond a return on
  fields that are not present on the submit form of the copied
  record when cloning from the web client.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When using multiline fields with the CQ Web "API to open a form"
  feature, some field values will not be copied from the source
  record to the new record.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in ClearQuest 7.1.2.7 and 8.0.0.3
