Problem conclusion
File Manager has been updated in order to: 1. Correctly connect to an IP v6 socket. 2. Explicitly allocate CICS storage intended for sharing across transactions for the File Manager EXCI interface. 3. Correctly address layout details for template mapping by the eclipse client. 4. Correctly retrieve and set the insert length for Websphere MQ queues opened by the File Manager editor.
