  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This PTF provides the following         *
  *                      improvements:                           *
  *                                                              *
  *                      1. DB2 report detail windows, display   *
  *                         formatted SQL.                       *
  *                      2. CICS with a transaction or terminal  *
  *                         selected, IMS+ will intercept DLI    *
  *                         calls involved only in the selected  *
  *                         transaction or from the selected     *
  *                         terminal.                            *
  *                      3. IMS MPP with a transaction, program, *
  *                         and/or user selected, DB2+ will      *
  *                         intercept DB2 calls involved only in *
  *                         the selected transaction, program,   *
  *                         and/or user.                         *
  *                      4. Listener, restrict TCPIP stack       *
  *                         monitoring to specific IP stacks     *
  *                         based on a new configuration option. *
  *                      5. New selection criterion of DDF       *
  *                         threads based on corrid, authid or   *
  *                         workstation.                         *
  *                      6. DB2 reports, display SQL function fo *
  *                         Remote SQL.                          *
  *                      7. S09, recommend VSAM shareoption 4 no *
  *                         be used unless required.             *
  *                      8. S09, recommend VSAM reorg and increa *
