Error description

When choosing to run the postprocessor on the RAA Analysis
queue, a DB2 error message about an SQL exception is returned:
DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-803, SQLSTATE=23505, SQLERRMC=1;DMH.
DMH_ARCHIVE, DRIVER=3.61.75 23505 A violation of the constraint
imposed by a unique index or a unique constraint occurred.

Local fix

Problem summary

When RAA looks to see if an application.xml file is a valid
enterprise app, it checks the grandparent to see if it's an ear
file, but it didn't check to see if the parent directory is
META-INF.  In this particular case, there's a
"*.ear/META-INF/application.xml" and a
"*.ear/target/application.xml", and the 2nd one is incorrectly
being labeled as an enterprise application.
A similar issue can arise for WARs, EJB-JARs, JEE-CLIENTs, and
RARs.

Problem conclusion

RAA code was changed to only label the correct application.xml f
ile as an enterprise application.
