PM49746: NOT ABLE TO ADD AN RPT THAT HAS AN IMAGE IN THE HEADER TO A JOB.

Error description

• Not able to add an RPT that has an image in the header to a job.
  
  I get an error like below when I try to add it.
  
  Same report with no image in the header can be added to a job
  with no problems.
  
  
  Error retrieving job step parameters
  
  Reason:
  Problems getting metadata from Reporting Web Service.
  java.rmi.RemoteException: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
  /tmp/reportservicecache/RSLOCK.tmp ( The file access permissions
  do not allow the specified action.)
