Error description

Customer is using a keyring for his plug-in and is using the
'special values' for KeyringLocation and
StashfileLocation as documented in the InfoCenter.
StashfileLocation is being set to null values ("") but the
plug-in generator appears to set it to:

The plugin generation code was not properly handling the value
when producing the Plugin-cfg.xml

Problem conclusion

The code has been corrected so that the "" will appear within
the Plugin-cfg.xml file.

APAR PM49729 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.23 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0
and Fix Pack 8.0.0.3 of WebSphere Application Server V8.0.

The fix will also be delivered as sysrouted APAR PM53352 in
WebSphere Application Server V7.0 Fix Pack 6.1.0.43.
