• JSON-RPC over Service Component Architecture (SCA) HTTP binding
  does not return a JSON object after an exception.

  The SCA runtime returns the exception object in the response
  message instead of creating a properly formed JSONObject per
  the JSON-RPC specification.
  

Problem conclusion

• When an exception is hit while invoking JSON-RPC over HTTP
  binding, a JSON error response is now created and returned.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.1.13. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
  for delivery information:

  The WebSphere Application Server V8.0.0.2 fix for this APAR
  will be delivered via APAR PM48842.
