Error description

• Abstract: Trying to install the WebSphere Application Server
  (WAS) 7.0.0.17 test environment silently to a Rational
  Application Developer (RAD) 8.0.3 install results in the WAS
  7.0.0.17 test environment not getting installed and the
  following message is displayed in the log file:
  
  Feature disabled due to not installing with AM 80 products.
  
  
  Problem: There was a change made in Installation Manager 1.4.4
  that causes only the
  Feature Pack for Web 2.0 and Mobile
  (com.ibm.rad.was.v70.featurepack.web2mobile) feature install to
  fail.
  
  Local fix:
  There are two workarounds for this issue:
  1) You can install the Feature pack through the GUI.
  2) You can pass the -vmargs -Drad80.version.bypass=true
  parameter into the
  silent install command. For example:
  C:\Program Files\IBM\Installation Manager\eclipse\tools?imcl.exe
  input
  C:\ResponseFile -log c:\result.log -acceptLicense -vmargs
  -Drad80.version.bypass=true
