Error description
When an XML document with MTOM/XOP attachments is loaded into Service Data Object (SDO), the XML parser needs to be able to resolve the attachment reference and treat the content as a base64Binary value. When an SDO containing base64Binary values is serialized, the XML serializer needs save them as MTOM/XOP attachment references.

Problem conclusion
Introduced new options to enable MTOM/XOP processing in SDO load and save. These options will be used by IBM Business Process Manager and WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus stack products. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in XML fix pack 1.0.0.11.
