PM47686: Renaming rules in the ruleset file do not get applied immediately after they are selected in Eclispe

Rational Logiscope Fix Pack 4 (6.6.4) for 6.6

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If an activated ruleset in Eclipse has renaming rules, the tab
  'Rules' displays the old name of the rule and not the new name
  set in the ruleset.
  
  Please find attached the project and the steps to reproduce
  document attached.
  
  We at support have tried the following steps and below are our
  observations:
  
  1) Selected the ?CRulesSet? Ruleset file in Eclipse
  2) Selected the ?Rules? tabs and found that the rules names
  A_COD_MIS_012 and M_COD_REF_004 are missing.
  3) Clicked on ?Apply? and ?OK? button
  4) Followed the steps 1 and 2 and found that the names of the
  rules are listed now.
  
  However for other ruleset files which do not have renaming, the
  rules get activated and are observed in the 'Rules' tab as soon
  as the ruleset file is selected in the 'RuleSet' tab.
